How does my banking experience even relate, you might ask? Fantastic question!

It started with the customer. It always started with empathy. Banking is a world that is always changing and so are the customer’s needs. I had to adapt to the customers constant changing needs to ensure their experience never suffered and I intend to leverage this throughout my Product Design journey.

I believe in human-centred design because it starts with empathy. I create meaningful solutions that users feel comfortable using.

On a personal note, you will likely find me in a coffee shop or searching for different bakeries. If you have suggestions, we should definitely chat. When I’m not designing, I’m goofing around with my friends, spending time with my family and maybe playing a video game here and there.
