I spent 10+ years in customer service, which means I’ve dealt with a lot of people, a lot of problems, and developed a pretty impressive amount of patience.
I’ve always been the creative, curious type. As a kid, I was constantly making things, asking questions, and finding something new to get into. Turns out, not much has changed.
Eventually, I wanted something more challenging. Somewhere I could be creative, have an actual say in what gets built, and do more than just follow a process someone else came up with.
Somewhere along the way, I found product design. And honestly? It made sense.
Now I’m a senior product designer at Absorb Software, where I get to question things, make things, break things (occasionally), and work with some really great people. Not a bad gig.

A little Monet obsessedWe had a print of Garden at Vétheuil growing up, and I’ve loved Monet ever since. Still my favourite artist.
Just one more gameA concerning number of hours on my PS5 and Switch. I regret nothing. Mostly.

Professional beachcomberI collect beach glass and fossils along Lake Ontario. I have way too much of both, so naturally I’ve started making art with it.
Camera roll enthusiastI’ve gotten into taking little snapshots of everyday life. Nothing fancy, just things I want to remember.
Lead product design for the connectors pod. I also lead our AI and design-to-code initiatives and run workshops for the design team.
Led design for Onboarding & Configuration: self-serve invoicing, user profile management, and a new table component for the design system.
Redesigned the in-app website builder and shipped features across MyMusicStaff, Tutorbird and AthletaDesk.
Sole designer. Built the foundational design system.
